There are bathrooms located on each level for your convenience. It is a very inviting and restful home, with its polished wooden floors, sheer white curtains, thoughtful colour palette and fine style details such as weaved throw rugs, natural fibre baskets, pendant light shades and statement tiling.

You can enjoy the sea air while lounging on the outdoor day beds on the large back deck, or take in the morning sun from the front verandah. The fire pit is a lovely addition so that you can toast marshmallows together in the cooler months. This little home has all you will need for an idyllic holiday in this beautiful region.

Requests to split beds must be made at the time of booking additional charges will apply.

Limited firewood is provided during winter months only. If you think you would like a larger supply for your visit to use in the outdoor fire pit, please let us know at the time of booking so we can assist you with options for purchasing more (alternatively, you can purchase bagged wood at most local service stations for a majority of the year). Please note that fire pits cannot be used during fire bans.

Payments and Cancellations

Tariffs are subject to change without notice, until deposit payment has been received. A deposit of 50% is required to confirm booking and the 50% balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival. We charge a $55 non-refundable booking fee and a $1000 pre authorization credit card bond 1 3 days prior to arrival.

All guest cancellations will incur an administrative fee of $100. Should the booking be cancelled within 60 days of arrival, the total amount paid will be retained and all efforts will be made to re-book the property at the same tariff. Should we successfully re-book the property, all monies, less a $100 admin fee, will be refunded. All changes and cancellations must be provided in writing.

The booking is made in good faith by our office, and maybe subject to cancellation or change. We cannot accept responsibility for action taken by the owner of the premises outside of our control. In the event of a cancellation all accommodation payments with be refunded in full, however all reasonable efforts will be made to offer alternative accommodation of a comparable standard, should this occur.
