Very nice place to stay when visiting Byron with a large group. Rooms and living area were clean and spacious, the pool was clean and large enough for a group of 9 to enjoy the sun. Location wise, we enjoyed that it was close to beaches and the centre of Byron whilst being enough out of the way to be quiet at night. Overall a great stay and would visit again!
Stayed at Ariel’s for 2 weeks with children and grandchildren plus family dog. Loved it! There was something for everyone and didn’t feel cramped due to it’s spaciousness. The close proximity to the “ doggy” beach was a big plus enabling easy early morning and evening walks with the family dog. Highly recommended for a shared experience with family or friends!
'Nice house, spectacular views along Tallows beach from all bedrooms and kitchen / dining area. Clean and comfortable with a useful double garage and gated parking area. The building is a duplex which we weren't aware of, however the neighbours were very friendly. Be aware that one of the bathrooms is down stairs of the living / dining area. One of the main reasons we booked this place was to allow the 3 couples staying to have their own bathroom. There is only one en-suite (picture with the corner bath with a view). This may not bother most, however if you're splitting the cost of the stay you may need to review who pays how much or just deal with walking up and down stairs for your shower etc. The plunge pool is a nice addition for a cool off.'

Having visited this property on numerous occasions for the past 10yrs it remains consistently our favourite place to stay. Perfectly located in a gated community With close proximity to Tallows Beach, Suffolk Park Bakery and Byron/Lennox. Small but well maintained pool and fully fenced and secure for our two small dogs. Well maintained and comfortable beds. Highly recommend.
We loved it’s relaxing on the beach and a short drive to vibrant unique Byron. A fabulous break away for the two of us.
Great property, artfully set up and ideal for a couple (with wine and chocolates in the fridge, thanks!). The location of Tallows the beach (via your own private forest) was just perfect. The outdoor/indoor design and flow through windows/door provides a cool and pleasant living space. Excellent well equipped kitchen. The hero is the outdoor (hot and cold) shower!! Will book again.
'What a great beach side house! It has everything you could possibly want. The kitchen was full of condiments, olive oil etc. Very quiet neighborhood. The staff at Byron Beach Realty were very friendly and helpful. We will be back!'

'The house is stylish and was the perfect retreat for our blended family with ample space for finding tranquility. The place had everything we needed with excellent cooking and entertainment facilities and lots of room for the kids to spread out. We loved the very short walk to take in sunrise and sunsets at the beach. Perfect summer holiday memories.'

'Fantastic house in a great location. The house was beautiful and much bigger than we expected. Direct beach access through the yard to the best beach in Byron. Short walk to bakery, supermarket, liquor store, coffee. 10 min drive to Byron. Hope to stay again!'

'It was an absolute privilege to stay at this amazing home. It had everything we needed, spacious, super clean and for a family of 6, it is perfect! Close to everything, beautiful beach literally on your doorstep as well as a solar heated pool. Plus the fact of being a quick walk to the local shops and a 10-15 min drive to Byron Bay-we honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more. A huge thank you to Byron Bay Realty as they were so easy to communicate with and were on hand for any information we needed. Finally a big thank you to the owner/s, their Air BnB home is a wonderful place to stay, and we cannot wait to visit again.'
Return Visit - Xmas In July with Friends
This is the 5th time we have stayed at Ariels and once again had a great time. We even got to light the fire this time. There was more than enough wood to use for the 7 days we stayed. Perfect for big groups. Some aspects of the house are looking a bit tired compared to our first visit, maybe a fresh lick of paint and a restock of the kitchen might be in order (Sharp knives would be useful)plus a more up to date TV system. Apart from that highly recommended and Wendy from Byron Beach Reality is always really helpful

'Awesome Property in Byron Bay. Loved the House. It is a really good size with three spacious bedrooms and three large bathrooms. Our children loved the pool. Was a little warm to use the hot tub much but a great luxury to have. Really well located for walking into town. Great communication from Wendy from the outset. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.'
The house is terrific, lots of space, absolutely fully equipped with all you could wish for and more, loads of lovely towels for bedrooms and pool area, top quality linen, the pool is perfect, great areas to be in or out of the sun, the separate master suite with second lounge and kitchen is amazing, (2 washing machines!!!) just a 2 min stroll onto fabulous beach (surfing rather than swimming) and 2 min drive down to local super market, fabulous bakery, eateries and hotel, can't ask for more. oh and about 10 min drive to Byron shops etc.

'We stayed at Sweet Escape for our family holiday in January. The house is very spacious, especially the bedrooms and it was wonderful for all the kids to have their own room and space. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms large, clean and modern. We loved having the pool and enjoyed swimming and BBBq's. The beautiful Tallows beach is less than a minute walk from the back gate, and we enjoyed waking up and walking down to the beach every morning to start our day. The Suffolk Park bakery, only minutes from the house had the best coffee and easy family lunches. Such a great spot. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the pantry had some good staples, we enjoyed some family dinners at home and then explored Byron Bays great restaurants for some amazing food. We will definitely be back.'
'I've been to Byron quite a few times and this was a brilliant location. There is parking in your own garage (as Byron can be a nightmare to find parking and quite expensive) and the location is only a 15 minute walk to the centre of town and main beach. The accommodation had everything you needed from pots and pans to a Weber BBQ and all cooking extras (oil, salt ect). The house was extremely quite and very secure as well as the location being a gated community. As a frequent Byron visitor and well travelled people we highly recommend booking your accommodation here.'
'What an amazing house! It’s like being in Bali in a tropical oasis. The pool and the 2 seperate dwellings were particularly fantastic. Location is great as you’re so close to the beach and can walk up the road to some great eateries, supermarket and bottle shop. A short drive to Byron Bay and I urge anyone staying to go left at the shops to broken head reserve where there’s 3 other beautiful beaches, particularly good if it’s windy. We loved this place and would recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing, fun holiday. Wendy was very responsive and helpful and the place was sparking clean with all the amenities you need. All of the arrangements were clear and straight forward – they worked.
Any queries were quickly answered.
It is an understatement to say ‘nothing was too much trouble’ because we suffered a medical crisis during the stay.
Wendy was not only great support around the property but also provided contacts to secure fresh accommodation near the Coolangatta hospital.
Then caring follow-up phone calls, directions, maps – we were a long way from ‘home’ but felt we were not alone.
Ariel’s was a delight.
Spectacular views; open-plan style living areas; outdoor decking and pool areas that were user friendly, attractive and well maintained.
Presentation was excellent – as new carpets, comfortable furnishings and everything clean as a whistle.
Large rooms to relax in with quality appliances and fittings.
Tallow Beach is literally 20m from the side gate and a leash-free area for our cocker spaniel.
The weather was great.
We have just completed arrangements for another five weeks in 2019.
Looking forward to it already.

We had a great stay at Splash 2481 - I would give it 4 stars: it is super handy to Suffolk Park shops and also an easy walk to Broken Head beach. It is also a very peaceful location.

"Serenity", the perfect name to describe the location and ''our home away from home'' for the past week. The house is a perfect design for a large family or for multiple families. Our family of older children with partners, had plenty of space for privacy, and the bedrooms with televisions meant everyone could choose to be part of the downstairs family time or to have their own personal space time in their rooms. Beds were extremely comfortable, and decore tastefully chosen.

Great staff (Especially Wendy) who manage my apartment at Lord Byron Apartments. Living overseas it''s impossible to attend to the odds and ends of maintenence etc. and rentals, I leave all that to Byron Beach Realty. They take care of everything..Ten out of ten.
Hi Wendy It makes the world of difference to your holiday when you deal with well organised, nice people from the start to finish! The other thing I meant to say was how glad we were to be staying in Suffolk – we haven’t stayed there before and we really enjoyed being out of Byron as it was so hectic! It was so peaceful and nicely removed and the local shops were great – everything that we needed. It was super easy to get to Newrybar, Bangalow and beyond.
We loved our stay at Jabiru. The house is lovely and open and beautifully furnished. It was stocked with all of the things we might need. The location is fabulous - just down from the Suffolk Park shops and right on the beach. The direct beach access is wonderful and very easy to navigate - unlike other houses we have stayed at along the beach at Suffolk Park where the beach access is very difficult and steep. The grassy area between the house and the beach was wonderful for my grandson to play
Gorgeous, relaxed, chilled getaway. Beautifully decorated, with a Balinese theme and gorgeous little touches like incense, candles, big soft fluffy towels, a great range of DVD''s and amazing sound system. A private Jacuzzi was the cherry on an already amazing cake. Pristine clean, amazingly comfy bed and so quiet at night. Only a short 5 minute stroll to the beach where we watched the sunrise. Lots of footy trips in Byron so we were happy to stay slightly out, but it''s still only a short 7 min drive to the CBD.
