Landlord/Agent Relationship

Choosing a property manager is an important decision and should be considered with care. Initially, Byron Beach Realty will visit your property, provide you with a comprehensive CMA report to inform you of other comparable properties in your area and the rent that you could expect to achieve. Our property manager will also suggest maintenance or presentation options to maximise your property’s potential. At this time, you will be provided with a detailed summary of our fees and services so that you can make an informed choice.

Getting started

Peruse management agreement, sign and return. If you are currently with another agency, Byron Beach Realty can facilitate a seamless transition and will contact the previous agent on your behalf.
Your current tenant will be advised of the change and provided new payment details.
The current lease, bond and condition report will be transferred to Byron Beach Realty.

FREE Marketing

We understand that first impression is equally important for rentals as for sales. We assist you to best present your property for rental through quality text copy and photography and professional graphic design of ads, brochures, video and webpages. Onsite signage provided as required and/or requested.

Prospective tenants are stored in an on-line database, which allows us to advertise your property on-line through multiple websites and notify any possible tenants we have on file with the click of a button.

We advertise your property across 8 internet marketing sites, in our office window and via current database.
